- 3/4Cupwhite sugar
- 3/4Cuplight brown sugar
- 2eggs
- 1−1/2 cup cake flour or plain flour
- 1/2Teaspoonsalt
- 1Teaspoonsoda
- 1Teaspooncinnamon

Cream together margarine,sugars, and eggs mix flour,salt, soda and cinnamon seperately add dry ingredients to sugar mixture and stir

Use a mixer for this blend in vanilla and oatmeal

Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet(use a non stick cookie sheet) or can be baked on foil, lightly sprayed with pam

bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees

Bake until almost done and then use the broiler to finish the top.

cool and then ice a cookie and place another on top
