Name: Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients: 4 eggs; 1 cup raisins; 1/4 teaspoon orange juice; 1 cup chopped pecans -- optional; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 2 cup water; 1 dash cinnamon

Mix all ingredients. Pour in to 1 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove cover and continue baking 15 minutes longer. serves 10 - 12 Can ...
