- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda

Separately, stir together dry ingredients (except confectioners' sugar), then beat into creamed mixture until well blended

chill until firm enough to handle

On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8-inch thick

Cut with a star (of David) shape cookie cutter

Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 to 7 minutes or until no imprint remains when touched lightly
