- 4large celery stalks and leaves, 1/2-inch slices
- 8ouncechili sauce or spicy catsup
- 4large cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2cupfirmly packed dark brown sugar

Yield: 8 servings 1 (6 pound) brisket 1/4 cup water 2 large yellow onions, 1/2-inch slices 4 large celery stalks and leaves, 1/2-inch slices
