- 1tablespoondried bing cherries, soaked in port wine
- 1/2teaspoonhabanero chiles, julienned
- 2to 3 ounces port wine
- 2ouncechicken stock

Sauté pork tenderloin slices approximately two minutes per side

If desired, finish in the oven
