- 5egg whites
- 1/4cupgranulated sugar
- 1/2cupflour
- 1/2cupplus 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1ouncewater

Set aside and whisk 5 egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar

Fold into yolk mixture

Add flour and cocoa powder

Put in cake pans and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes

To make chocolate mousse, melt chocolate and butter together

Whisk in a mixer 2 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk
