- 2tablespoonfreshly-grated parmesan cheese
- 11/2 cups seeded diced roma tomatoes
- 1tablespoonchopped fresh basil
- 1tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1garlic clove, cut into thin slices
