- 21/2 ounces melted butter
- 2tablespoongranulated sugar
- 1poundricotta
- 3/4cupconfectioners' sugar
- 1teaspoonalmond extract
- 1cuptoasted almonds
- 1/2cupsemisweet chocolate chips

Filling: Combine ricotta, sugar, and extract in a bowl and set aside
