- 5apples, quartered
- 1/2cupwater
- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 1/2cupwhipping cream

Cut in shortening until pieces are the size of peas

Add cold milk

Mix together and roll out for 9-inch pie crust

5 apples, quartered 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup whipping cream 1 egg, beaten Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
