- 2tablespoonolive oil
- 2poundboneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size piec
- 3cupalfredo sauce (recipe follows)
- 2(9 ounce) boxes frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 1poundshredded mozzarella cheese
- 8ounceshredded parmesan cheese
- 2cupwater

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat

add chicken and sauté 2 to 3 minutes until nearly done

Add Alfredo Sauce, spinach, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses
