- 3large baked sweet potatoes peeled, diced
- 5cupchicken stock
- 1/4cupmixed fresh thyme plus basil and tarragon
- 1tablespoonfinely chopped pickled ginger

Add white wine, sweet potatoes, 4 cups chicken stock, herbs, ginger and salt and pepper to taste
