Ingredients
- 3/4cupplus 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3cupsliced mushrooms
- 3/4teaspoonsalt, in all
- 1/8teaspoonground black pepper
- 1/2teaspoonanise seeds
- 1/4cupbreadcrumbs
- 1tablespoonfinely grated romano cheese
- 2teaspoonfinely chopped fresh thyme

Sauté the mushrooms: Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Add the mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and the black pepper
