   Bob's Big Boy Strawberry Pie 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1 1/2 cups water 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 tablesp

   Mix water, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil

   Boil for 2 minutes or until clear and thick

   Remove from heat and add strawberry gelatin

   stir until dissolved

   Pour over berries in shell

   Chill and serve.
