- 3/4cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonkosher (coarse) salt
- 11/4 cups unsalted butter
- 2cupgranulated sugar
- 2large eggs
- 2teaspoonvanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt 1 1/4 cups unsalted butte

Sift together onto a piece of wax paper

Set aside

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract until well blended

Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition

Mixture may look curdled at this point.that is fine
