- 1/2cuppacked light brown sugar
- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 3/4cupvegetable oil
- 11/4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 21/2 cups pecan pieces
- 71/2 cups flour
- 3tablespoonbaking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Grease muffin pans

For Pecan Topping: Combine pecans, brown sugar, sugar, oil and cinnamon and set aside

For Muffin Mix: In a large bowl combine pecans, flour, baking powder and salt

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, sugar and oil

Add egg mixture to dry mixture and mix gently

Spoon mixture into greased muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full
