Ingredients

- 1cupyellow cornmeal
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1large can hunt's special tomato sauce
- 1cantomato sauce
- 1cupwater
- 1tablespoondry red wine
- 1teaspoondried basil

Cudighi is the name of the Italian sausage that we ate and can be found only in a very small geographic area

I have mastered the art of making it myself so I can still enjoy this wonderful dish

The recipe is below for those who may want to try

Just substitute any Italian sausage for the Cudighi

Polenta 3 cups cold water 1 cup yellow cornmeal 1 teaspoon salt Sauce 1 large can Hunt's Special Tomato Sauce 1 can tomato sauce 1 cup water

In a 2-quart oiled bowl add cold water

Mix together cornmeal and salt and add to bowl
