- 1stick(1/2 cup) margarine
- 1small bottle ranch dressing
- 1cupgrated cheddar cheese
- 7or 8 slices of bacon (optional)

Wash and cut into chunks or wedges

Boil for 20 minutes in water or until tender

Do not overcook

Put into a casserole with remaining ingredients, except bacon, and toss lightly

If desired, cook bacon until crisp

Sprinkle bacon pieces on top

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
