- 1(16 ounce) package frozen cauliflower
- 1large onion, chopped
- 2tablespoonmargarine or butter
- 2tablespoonflour
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/2teaspoondried basil, crushed

Broccoli and cauliflower are my favorite vegetables next to string beans

1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts or 1 pound fresh steamed 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cauliflower florets or 1 pound fresh steamed

Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions

Drain well

Place in a large saucepan

Cook onion in the 2 tablespoons margarine or butter until tender but not brown
