- 1/2cupmilk
- 1/2cupsour cream
- 1/2teaspoonseasoned salt
- 1/4teaspoonblack pepper
- 24ouncefrozen hashed browns, thawed
- 1/2cupcheddar cheese, shredded
- 1candurkee's french-fried onions

Add potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and half the French-fried onions

Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish

Brown the pork chops in hot oil, in a skillet

Arrange them over the potato mixture

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes

Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions

Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer
