In a large skillet brown meat and onions

Add cream cheese

stir until melted

Remove skillet from heat and add sour cream and tomato sauce

Combine sauce mixture and noodles

Pour into 2-quart greased casserole and cover with Cheddar cheese

Bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly
