- 6cupstrawberries, cut in half
- 6cupcooking apples, peeled, cored, and cut into quarters
- 3/4cuppacked brown sugar
- 1/2cupstrawberry schnapps
- 1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
- 1/2teaspoonground ginger
