- 1red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1onion, chopped
- 1cupraisins
- 2cupcider vinegar
- 2cuppacked brown sugar

Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over moderate heat, stirring frequently
