- 11/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1(7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/4teaspoonpeppermint extract
- 1/4cupplus 1 tablespoon crushed peppermint candy, divided

Boil, stirring constantly 6 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 238 degrees F

Remove from heat

stir in chocolate chips

Stir in Marshmallow Creme, vanilla extract, peppermint extract and 1/4 cup crushed candy until blended

Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan
