Heat milk and butter until butter is melted

Measure out 2/3 cup and mix with vanilla chips until melted

Stir in cherries

Add chocolate chips to pan, stir until melted

Using half the vanilla mixture, drop by spoonsful into pan, leaving spaces between

Sprinkle with half the coconut
