- 1(12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4cupwhipping cream

Remove from heat after this has boiled for ONE MINUTE

Add the peanut butter, mix thoroughly and pour into a buttered 11 x 7-inch glass baking pan

As this is cooling, melt the chocolate chips, then stir in the cream

Pour over the peanut butter fudge.
