- 1(14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk.
- 1/2cupbutter, softened
- 1teaspoonpeppermint extract
- 14ouncechocolate flavored candy coating (bark)
- 8ouncesemisweet chocolate chips (about 1 1/3 cups)

At this point you can add green or red paste food coloring, if desired

Blend until smooth

Cover and refrigerate mixture overnight

Use lightly greased hands to shape mixture into one-inch balls and flatten to make patty shapes

Place patties on jellyroll pan lined with wax paper and freeze patties for at least 30 minutes
