   Arizona Pecan Brittle 2 cups granulated sugar 2/3 cup light Karo® syrup 3 cups pecans 1/4 cup water 3 teaspoons baking soda Line a cookie sh

   Combine sugar, Karo® syrup, pecans and water in a saucepan

   Boil to the hard-crack stage

   Remove from heat and immediately add the baking soda

   Stir furiously

   Pour onto prepared cookie sheet

   Let cool, then crack into pieces.
