Ingredients

- 2(3-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 2cupall-purpose flour
- 2package(1-1/4 to 1-1/2 ounces each) taco seasoning mix
- 1poundground beef
- 3/4poundsliced monterey jack cheese

Mix with fingers until well-blended

Cover and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour or until dough is firm

Meanwhile, season ground beef with one full package of the taco seasoning mix
