- 1/3cuplime juice
- 1/3cupcrisco oil

Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan

For cake, combine cake mix, eggs, water, 1/3 cup lime juice, oil, rum, lime peel and food coloring in a large bowl

Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes

Pour into pan

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
