- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 3/4teaspoonbaking soda
- 3/4teaspoonsalt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Prepare Streusel Filling: Mix ingredients and set aside

Prepare Cake batter: Resift flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt and mace

In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract
