Beat eggs well

Add white and brown sugars, oil and vanilla and rum extracts

Beat well for 3 minutes

Add flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt and mix until well blended

You may have to mix by hand as the batter is very stiff

Add the nuts and the apples

Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake 1 hour for a soft crust, or 1 hour 15 minutes for a crispy crust
