Ingredients

- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 1(20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2cupall-purpose flour
- 2teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 3/4teaspoonsalt

Mix all ingredients together in mixer until mixed well

Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until done

When cake is just warm, cover with plastic wrap or pan cover

When cool frost with Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting (optional)
