- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 9tablespoonbrown sugar
- 4tablespooncream

Add to the above mixture and mix well

This will be a thin batter

Bake in a prepared 9 x 13-inch baking pan in a 375 degree F oven until done

When cake is done pour the following mixture over the top

Icing 9 tablespoons brown sugar 4 tablespoons cream 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup coconut Mix and pour over top of cake

Return to oven for a few minutes, to lightly brown the coconut

Then remove from oven
