Lightly grease bottoms of three 8 x 1 1/2-inch round cake pans

Line bottoms of pans with wax paper

Grease and lightly flour bottoms and sides of pans

In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt
