Ingredients
- 1box yellow cake mix
- 4eggs
- 3/4cupinstant vanilla pudding mix
- 11/3 cups half-and-half
- 1/2cupoil
- 1cupfinely chopped nuts, your choice
- 2cupshredded coconut, lightly toasted and divided
- 8ouncecream cheese, softened
