- 1(3.5 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2cupdairy sour cream
- 1/2teaspoongrated lemon peel
- 2cuppitted fresh sweet cherries
- 2tablespooncurrant jelly, melted

Pour batter into flan pan and bake according to package directions

Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions using 1 cup milk
