2/3 cup butter, softened 1/3 cup peanut butter 4 cups confectioners' sugar 4 to 5 tablespoons milk 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Blend with mixer on low speed 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy

Add confectioners' sugar and continue beating
