- 16ouncecream cheese, softened
- 3/4cupgranulated sugar
- 1/3cupcocoa powder
- 1/2teaspoonvanilla extract

Press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes

Soften gelatine in water

stir over low heat until dissolved

Combine cream cheese, sugar, cocoa and vanilla extract, mixing at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended
