- 3large eggs, yolks separated
- 1pint small curd, low-fat cottage cheese
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1teaspoonorange extract
- 2teaspoongrated orange peel
- 1large orange, divided into 8 pieces (for garnish)

Beat egg yolks lightly and add milk

Stir milk, egg and gelatine in top of double boiler over boiling water for 5 minutes until gelatine dissolves and mixture thickens slightly

Remove from heat and cool to room temperature

Add cottage cheese, vanilla extract and orange extract

Pour into blender and blend until smooth
