- 1/3to 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Blend in cheese and nuts

Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and bread crumbs

Butter a springform pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs

Spread the cake mixture over the crumbs

Bake in a preheated 320 degree F oven for about 30 minutes

When cake is cool, spread with jam and sprinkle with grated chocolate and nuts.
