- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 8teaspoonbutter, softened
- 1poundcream cheese, softened
- 2teaspoonlemon juice
- 4eggs
- 3/4cupsour cream

Line outside of pan with foil (shiny side facing out)

In large mixing bowl, beat together: Filling 1 pound cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 teaspoons lemon juice 4 eggs 3/4 cup

Beat in the eggs

Stir in sour cream and bananas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Pour filling into prepared crust, bake about 1 hour until light brown on top

Cool completely at room temperature
