Ingredients
- 3cupsifted all-purpose flour
- 2teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 8ounce(2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2teaspoontangerine (or lime) oil, optional
- 2cupsugar
- 4extra-large or jumbo eggs
- 1tiny drop yellow (or green) food coloring, optional
