Butterfly them up the back

Stuff with as much horseradish* as you can get into them

Close them and wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each and close with wooden picks

Broil for a minute or 2, turn over and broil the other side until done! My favorite appetizer! * use it straight out of the jar
