Lay the bacon on a jellyroll pan

Bake for 10 minutes, then pour off the fat

Sprinkle a tablespoon of brown sugar over each bacon strip

Return to the oven for 8 minutes

Turn the bacon over and bake for 2 to 3 minutes longer

Watch carefully so it doesn't over-brown and caramelize
