- 6slices french bread (or your favorite bread)

Add sugar and whip to stiff peaks

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, salt, cinnamon and orange extract

Fold into the egg mixture

Heat a saucepan with butter

Dip bread into egg mixture

Place in saucepan and fry until golden, turn and fry the other side until golden
