- 3/4cupfat-free half-and-half
- 1tablespoonvanilla extract
- 1/4teaspoonbaking powder
- 1(20-ounce) bag frozen whole strawberries, partially thawed
- 4ripe bananas, sliced
- 3/4cupplus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, divided

In a bowl, beat the eggs, half-and-half, vanilla extract and baking powder until blended

Pour over bread

Cover and refrigerate overnight

The next morning, heat oven to 450 degrees F
