1/4 cup margarine 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 1

Spray and 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray

In a medium bowl, cream margarine and sugar
