- 2teaspoongrated lemon rind
- 2cupall-purpose flour

- 1/4teaspoonsalt

Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan (a coated pan needs only to be sprayed)

To make the filling: Grate the almond paste into a medium bowl
