- 3cupold-fashioned oats
- 1cupslivered almonds
- 3/4cupshredded sweetened coconut
- 1/3cupsesame seeds
- 6tablespoonpure maple syrup
- 6tablespoondark brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4cupcanola oil
- 2tablespoonwarm water

I make a bunch and keep it in an airtight container for snacking while watching TV

Nonstick vegetable oil spray 3 cups old-fashioned oats 1 cup slivered almonds 3/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut 1/3 cup sesame seeds 6 tabl

Lightly spray a baking sheet with sides with nonstick spray

Toss oats and next 3 ingredients in large bowl

Whisk syrup, brown sugar, oil, 2 tablespoons warm water and salt in small bowl to blend
