Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with Watkins Cooking Spray

Combine all of the remaining ingredients except the powdered sugar in a large bowl

Spread in prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean
